What every visit includes
Mow
Sharp blades, even cut height, alternating mow lines so we don't rut the same path week to week.
Edge & trim
Clean edges along walks, drives, and beds. String trim around trees, fences, AC units, and play sets.
Blow & finish
Clippings off your driveway, walks, and porch. Photo of the finished yard texted when we're done.
Weekly or bi-weekly schedule — your call. Bi-weekly adds $10/visit. One-time mows add $25.
Seasonal add-ons
Extras when you need them.
Add-ons are quoted per property — text us a few photos for a same-day estimate.
Hedge & bush trimming
From $75
Shape and clean up hedges, ornamentals, and foundation shrubs. Quoted per yard.
Leaf removal
From $125
Fall cleanup — blow, rake, bag, and haul. Best booked late October through early December.
Beds & mulch
Quoted
Weed pull, edge sharpening, fresh mulch. Material at cost, labor flat.
What we don't do
We stay in our lane so we can be great at it. For anything below, we'll text you a referral we'd use ourselves.
Fertilizer, weed-and-feed, or chemical applications
We partner with a licensed turf company — ask for a referral.
Aeration, overseeding, or sod installation
Best handled by a turf specialist; we'll point you to one.
Tree pruning, removal, or stump grinding
Insured arborist on speed dial — happy to introduce you.
Sprinkler repair or irrigation install
Two licensed irrigators we send all our customers to.
